We had made Reservations 2 weeks prior and were informed at Check In that our Reservations were Cancelled because we were supposed to check in on MONDAY July 8th! We were speechless, we had Family coming in and no idea this had happened! The reservation Desk said an Email was sent, but when we Never got an email it was discovered THEY had send it to the WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS! The Reservation Desk Employee, GAMBINO, was so Rude and disrespectful to myself and my husband, He said there were NO ROOMS available, so We asked for a Manager and Very Reluctantly Gambino walked over to a Manager.
My Family have been Patrons of Morongo for over 10 years and no problems until we attempted to check into the Hotel on Tuesday July 9, 2019.
